Managers who complete all three trainings in the Leave Leader™ Manager Training Series earn a Leave Leader Certificate of Completion—and the confidence to handle one of the most human moments in a professional career.

- PLTA-MQ™ — the manager-facing companion to the PLTA, ensuring both sides of the transition are assessed and aligned before leave begins.

That’s why we created a dedicated Workplace Perinatal Mental Health (W-PMH) area in the RETAIN Hub, built in partnership with Postpartum Support International (PSI), the leading global authority on perinatal mental health. This dedicated space provides access to PMH education, screening, resources, guidance, and direct links to PSI’s global support infrastructure.
W-PMH Screening Tool
Developed by CPLL in partnership with PSI, the Workplace Perinatal Mental Health (W-PMH) Screening Tool is the first free, confidential perinatal mental health screening designed specifically for workplace settings. It uses a globally validated scale to help parents check on and track their mental wellbeing so they can identify whether what they’re experiencing is something that needs attention, without stigma, and without involving their employer. Parents moving through the Hub will find it built into the experience at every phase, with reminders to use it, and resources tied to their unique results. Those working with a certified RETAIN Coach will track their results together, with support and next steps tailored to what surfaces.
