CPLL was built on the research, hard-won wisdom, and tireless work of the advocates, parents, policy champions, practitioners, and trailblazers who have been fighting to make parental leave better for families, workplaces, and this country. We honor that work by advancing it.
Working with organizations, parents, managers, and coaches across industries and sectors worldwide has shaped us just as much. Here is some of what we’ve learned—and what continues to drive our thinking. We share it because this movement grows when more people are part of it.
